I'm a freelance Motion Designer, Video Editor and Art Director. A guy from a [very] small town in Ohio. I spent some formative years at the Columbus College of Art and Design and then I worked full time around Ohio for a long time. Now I'm in Los Angeles and loving it-the weather's nice, the work is exciting, and the tacos are never ending.
Motion design is incredible. It is a medium that can make use of any other medium and accelerate it. I personally love the way being a motion designer continually pushes me to be the best artist I can be. There are no limitations-only solutions. I sometimes feel like it's unfair that I get to do such a cool job when other folks have to be bankers and accountants and such. That's why I take it very seriously; when you are this fortunate to get to do something so cool you should give it your all.
